Vehicles 'driving dangerously' and on kerbs in Billingham close to large group including schoolkids

Oh dear, it sounds like there's been some concerning driving happening right here in Billingham! Reports suggest some vehicles were seen acting dangerously, even mounting kerbs, near a group of people, including children from our local schools. Let's hope everyone stayed safe and that this behaviour is addressed.
